Why Add CO2?
Plants use CO2 for photosynthesis which increases the nutrient uptake. If CO2 is restricted, so is photosynthesis meaning less nutrients uptake resulting in lack of yield.
By adding extra CO2, you can:

How It Works
Bags contain mycelium. Mycelium releases CO2, just like people do.
The mycelium strain is a vigorous and produces CO2 for much longer than other types. The one in Exhale CO2 bags produces CO2 for up to 4 months.
This CO2 is released into your grow room via a one way gauze.
How To Use
Hang the bags in and amongst the plants for best proformance.
Use an air circulator fan to move the CO2 around in your grow room.
